Service Description
Therapeutic Tuning Fork Session Experience sound and vibration through precisely tuned frequencies using therapeutic tuning forks. When a tuning fork is activated, its prongs oscillate at a specific frequency measured in hertz (Hz), producing an audible tone and physical vibration. Depending on the type of fork and technique being used, the vibration may be experienced through the air around the body or transmitted through appropriate points of contact with the body. Sound is not only something we hear—it is mechanical vibration. The auditory system processes the tone while vibration and resonance can also contribute to the body’s sensory experience. This combination can create a focused, immersive environment that many people find calming, centering, and conducive to greater body awareness. The session may also incorporate Solfeggio tuning forks, which are used within contemporary sound-healing traditions as a frequency-based energetic system. Different Solfeggio frequencies are traditionally associated by practitioners with intentions such as grounding, emotional release, transformation, connection, intuition, and spiritual awareness. These energetic associations are part of the sound-healing framework rather than established biomedical effects of individual frequencies. Research into sound-based wellness practices is continuing to explore effects on stress, anxiety, relaxation, physiological arousal, mood, and perceived well-being. Some early studies involving sound and tuning-fork-based practices have reported encouraging findings, while the research remains developing and varies considerably in technique, frequency, equipment, and study design. During your session, specific forks and techniques are selected according to the focus of the experience. You remain comfortably resting while tones and vibration are introduced around the body and, where appropriate, through gentle physical contact. Clients may experience the frequencies as sound, vibration, resonance, warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional settling, or simply a quiet sense of stillness. This experience is designed to support relaxation, sensory grounding, body awareness, emotional well-being, energetic balance, and mind-body connection. This is a complementary wellness service and is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical or mental-health condition.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Payment All sessions must be reserved in advance. Payment may be made online at booking or in person at your appointment. For online bookings, a valid payment card is required to secure the reservation and may be charged only under the cancellation and no-show policy below. * A 40-45 minute discovery telephone intake call (included in the price) will be done prior to your session if booking for the 2 hour session, so please call 760-223-5956 and speak to me at least one week before your scheduled session, or the session will have to be cancelled. There is a great deal of information I will need from you before this type of session can be done as it involves regression. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late arrivals may shorten your session; the full fee still applies. Individual Bookings *24+ hours: Cancel or reschedule with no fee. *Less than 24 hours: 50% of the booked service fee may be charged. *No-show: Up to 100% of the booked service fee may be charged. Memberships & Pricing Plans *24+ hours: The session credit is returned to the plan. *Less than 24 hours or no-show: The session credit is forfeited and not returned. Packages & Memberships All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the specified timeframe. Unused sessions expire and cannot be carried forward. Health & Safety This environment is kept clean and as free of chemical cleaners and allergens as possible. Please arrive well-hydrated and clean, with no perfumes, deodorant, hairspray, or cologne, to protect this low-allergen space and those sensitive to fragrances or chemicals. *If chemical scents are detected, you will need to reschedule. *If clothing is heavily covered with pet hair, dust, dirt, paint, etc., you will need to reschedule to protect the space.
