REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Wellness Services
All wellness service sales are final.
The House of Balance LLC does not offer refunds for completed wellness services, consultations, classes, memberships, packages, workshops, or appointiment time reserved for clients.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours' notice is required. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.
Membership fees and package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused sessions do not rollover to future months.
Retail Products
Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
*Product must be unopened and unused.
*Product must be in its original packaging and in resalabel condition.
*Original proof of purchase is required.
For health, wellness, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned or refunded.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Consumable & Personal Care Products
Due to health, safety, and quality control standards, all sales are final on:

*Dietary supplements
*Teas & herbal products
*Essential oils
*Personal care products
*Any consumable or hygiene-related item
These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product is received damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please notify The House of Balance LLC within 7 days of purchase. We will evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or store credit.
Memberships
All membership sales are final.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused sessions do not roll over to future months and have no cash value.
Members are responsible for scheduling and using their included sessions within the active membership time period. Any unused sessions expire at the end of the membership month.

At The House of Balance LLC, we strive to create a clean, comfortable, and healing environment for all clients and practitioners. Many individuals who visit our office have sensitivities to fragrances, chemicals, and environmental triggers. To help maintain a safe and welcome space, we kindly ask clients to observe the following guidelines:
FRAGRANCE FREE ENVIRONMENT
Please do not wear or apply the following before your appointment:
*Perfume or cologne
*Scented body sprays or mists
*Essential oil applied to the body
*Scented lotions or creams
*Hairspray or heavily scented hair products
*Strongly scented deodorants, detergents, fabric softeners, or other fragrance products
Clients arriving with strong fragrances or chemical scents may be asked to reschedule their appointments to protect the health and comfort of others as well as the equipment being used during sessions.
Personal Hygiene
Please arrive reasonably clean and prepared for close-contact wellness services.
For services involving hands, feet, or direct touch, clients should ensure that hands and feet are clean prior to their appointment.
If excessive dirt, odors, unsanitary conditions, or hygiene concerns prevent a service from being performed safely and confortably, The House of Balance LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone (reschedule), or cancel the appointment.
Clothing
Clients are encouraged to wear confortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows them to relax and receive services comfortably.
For movement-based, relaxation, or bodywork-related services, restrictive clothing may limit comfort and effectiveness.
Illness & Infection Prevention
Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing:
*Fever
*Vomiting or diarrhea within the previous 24 hours
*Contagious illness or infection
*Active cold, flu, COVID-like symptoms, or other communicable conditions (Clients should not schedule sessions until completely symptom free for at least one whole week after any of these types of illnesses. Thank you for considering other's health and possibility of exposure.)
This policy helps protect all clients and practitioners.
Respectful Environment
The House of Balance LLC is committed to providing a peaceful, professional, and respectful healing environment. Disruptive, inappropriate, agressive, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and will result in refusal of service.
