Cancellation Policy

Appointments & Payment All sessions must be reserved in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures dedicated time, preparation, and a seamless experience upon arrival. * A 40-45 minute discovery telephone intake call (included in the price) will be done prior to your session if booking for the 2 hour session, so please call 760-223-5956 and speak to me at least one week before your scheduled session, or the session will have to be cancelled. There is a great deal of information I will need from you before this type of session can be done as it involves regression. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to respect the next client's appointment. Full session fees still apply. Note: *24 + hours notice: You may reschedule or receive a full credit toward a future session. *Less than 24 hours notice: Session is non-refundable. *No-shows: Full session fee is forfeited. *This policy allows us to honor the time and energy reserved specifically for you. Packages & Memberships All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the specified timeframe. Unused sessions expire and cannot be carried forward. Health & Safety This environment is kept sanitized, clean, free of chemical cleaners and other allergens as much as possible. Please arrive well-hydrated, clean or freshly showered, no perfumes, no deodorant, no hairspray, no colognes, in order to protect the space as well as the practitioners since many people have chemical sensitivities or allergies to these types of personal products. Strong odors & scents can cause asthma attacks or other negative reactions. *If you arrive and have chemical scents detected by the practitioner, you will have to reschedule. *If you arrive with pet hair, dust, dirt, paint, etc, all over your clothes, you will have to reschedule as this is an allergen free and very clean space that must be maintained to protect everyone using it.
