Service Description
PEMF Mat Wellness Session Relax comfortably on the HigherDOSE PEMF Mat while experiencing Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) technology—a non-invasive approach that uses low-frequency, time-varying electromagnetic fields rather than static magnets. PEMF has been studied for its interaction with electrically responsive tissues and cellular signaling processes. Research continues to explore its potential influence on areas such as cellular communication, calcium and nitric-oxide-related signaling, musculoskeletal comfort, physical recovery, inflammation-related pathways, and tissue function. Because PEMF devices vary in frequency, intensity, waveform, and treatment protocol, research findings are not identical across all systems or applications. The HigherDOSE Mat offers four selectable PEMF frequency settings: 3 Hz, 7.8 Hz, 10 Hz, and 23 Hz. HigherDOSE associates these settings with different wellness goals, including deep relaxation and sleep support, grounding, calm focus and creativity, and focused energy. These frequencies also overlap numerical ranges commonly discussed in brain-wave research as delta, theta, alpha, and beta activity, although matching a frequency range does not by itself mean PEMF will produce a specific brain-wave state. The mat also includes independently controlled far-infrared heat, which can be added for warmth, relaxation, and a more restorative sensory experience. During your session, you simply lie comfortably on the mat while the PEMF setting and heat level are adjusted to your preference. Many people choose PEMF as part of a wellness routine intended to support relaxation, physical recovery, muscle and joint comfort, resilience after activity, grounding, and overall well-being. PEMF is an active area of research, and individual responses can vary. This is a complementary wellness service and is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Payment All sessions must be reserved in advance. Payment may be made online at booking or in person at your appointment. For online bookings, a valid payment card is required to secure the reservation and may be charged only under the cancellation and no-show policy below. * A 40-45 minute discovery telephone intake call (included in the price) will be done prior to your session if booking for the 2 hour session, so please call 760-223-5956 and speak to me at least one week before your scheduled session, or the session will have to be cancelled. There is a great deal of information I will need from you before this type of session can be done as it involves regression. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late arrivals may shorten your session; the full fee still applies. Individual Bookings *24+ hours: Cancel or reschedule with no fee. *Less than 24 hours: 50% of the booked service fee may be charged. *No-show: Up to 100% of the booked service fee may be charged. Memberships & Pricing Plans *24+ hours: The session credit is returned to the plan. *Less than 24 hours or no-show: The session credit is forfeited and not returned. Packages & Memberships All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the specified timeframe. Unused sessions expire and cannot be carried forward. Health & Safety This environment is kept clean and as free of chemical cleaners and allergens as possible. Please arrive well-hydrated and clean, with no perfumes, deodorant, hairspray, or cologne, to protect this low-allergen space and those sensitive to fragrances or chemicals. *If chemical scents are detected, you will need to reschedule. *If clothing is heavily covered with pet hair, dust, dirt, paint, etc., you will need to reschedule to protect the space.
